Florida man arrested in IHOP restaurant after police say he stabbed an rideshare driver

A Florida man was arrested Monday inside an IHOP restaurant in Orlando after police say he stabbed a rideshare driver.Jovaughn Nathan Matthie allegedly stabbed the driver after the individual "refused to provide a ride without a request through the rideshare app," according to the Orlando Police Department.Police have not released the driver’s condition.
