In the cover shot, Delevingne, 33, wears nothing but a black lace corset by Atsuko Kudo ($1,979) as she uses holds a lit match up to a cigarette in her mouth with one hand and the other to (barely) cover her bottoms. In addition to making an impact with her steamy pics, Delevingne is the first out lesbian woman to ever appear on the print cover of Playboy.
