SINGAPORE and NEW YORK - Apollo Global Management (NYSE:APO) announced Monday that Apollo-managed funds have agreed to invest $1.5 billion into Keppel Ltd.’s (SGX:BN4) Keppel Offshore Fund, which will hold a portfolio of offshore energy assets managed by Keppel. Keppel is a Singapore-based global asset manager and operator overseeing S$95 billion in funds under management across infrastructure, real estate and connectivity sectors.
