The share issuance follows the court sanctioning of the company’s acquisition scheme earlier on Monday. The acquisition by CCP PAW 2 Limited, a subsidiary of funds managed by Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP, was first announced on April 16, 2026, and received shareholder approval on June 8, 2026. Outstanding options under the Animalcare Share Plan vested and became exercisable after the court order was issued.
